The leader of Rammstein was presented with a bust of the Soviet leader
The leader of the German rock band Rammstein Till Lindemann was presented with a bust of Vladimir Lenin in Moscow. The gift was timed to the anniversary of the October Revolution.
Lindemann came to the Russian capital with a chamber literary and musical concert dedicated to the publication of his book of early poems Messer.
The gift amused him.
"Beautiful Lenin," said the musician, who was born and raised in Germany.
During his visit to Russia, Lindemann will perform in five cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Samara.
